   Call Jacobs Cathey Co. and ask to speak to someone in the Service Department about getting a free estimate for a new residential HVAC system in Waco or Central Texas.
    

2. A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE:
   
   Our experts will schedule a visit to your home and provide you with a free estimate, usually within 1-2 business days. These calls are different than repair calls, but feel free to talk with your repair technician about getting a free estimate for your residential air conditioning and heating system from Jacobs Cathey Co.
    

3. THE DETAILS:
   
   Your quote will include a price, typically with a few options. Please visit our Financing page to understand our financing options, which may include relevant manufacturer's instant rebates and/or discounts if paid in full at time of installation. We reserve the right to ask for pre-payment of some equipment.
   
   We can e-mail this quote to you, and our Service Department is happy to talk with you about specifics at any time.
    

4. doing the work:
   
   If you accept the quote, we will call you to schedule a time to complete the installation. Some air conditioning units take 1-2 days to arrive, while others can take more time. We will provide you with a good faith estimate of equipment arrival time and get you on the calendar for installation. Residential installations can take various amounts of time.

5. MAINTANING YOUR UNIT:
   
   After your installation, we invite you to sign up for a Service Agreement for Seasonal Maintenance. We can visit your home two times per year and perform maintenance on your unit(s), thus elongating the efficiency and life of the unit. We also develop an expertise about your specific climate preferences and can troubleshoot, which leads to less repair calls and savings over time. Many of our customers have worked with us for generations!
